PAYMENTS:
You Must Have Valid & Working
Credit Card On File to Hold Your
Appointment
$75 Non-Refundable Deposits Is Required For New Clients & Over 90 Day Returning Clients. No Exceptions! (this is not for extension clients, plese visit the Luxé Extension page)

CANCELLATION:
All cancellations must be made more than 48 hours before your appointment time. Any cancellations within the 48-hour time window of your appointment time will result in a 50% charge to the credit card you have on file. If you book with us on our booking site, this will mean that you have read, and are in agreement with our policy. If you are a no-call no-show, Your credit card on file will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
LATE:
There is a 10-minute grace period, meaning you have to be in the salon at the 10-minute mark.
*Ex: if your appointment is at 9:30, you need to be inside before 9:40. After that, you will have to be worked if we can work you in, If not you will need to schedule you a new appointment and you will be responsible for a late cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment.

AGE POLICY:
At t'Amm, we provide services exclusively to clients aged 12 and older. For clients under the age of 16, a parent or guardian must be present for the entire duration of their first appointment. While parents may leave the salon for up to one hour during the service, they are required to return before the appointment concludes. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for all clients.
EXTRA GUEST:
CHILDREN ARE NOT ALLOWED UNLESS BEING SERVICED
I DO NOT SERVICE CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 14
In order to maintain an intimate and comfortable environment, please refrain from bringing additional guests.

Extensions Clients: A consultation is required for all extension services. After it's determined, we will move forward, a non-refundable deposit will be required. Please see our Luxé Extension page for full details.
HAIR PREPARATION:
Please arrive with your hair free of twists, braids, or debris from recently removed extensions or protective styles. If a DEEP Detox is needed. An up-charge will be applied to hair that is excessively tangled, matted, or has excessive debris. Your appointment may need to be canceled (and charged accordingly) if your hair requires additional prep time that was not approved first. Please note that we do offer removal service of extensions, crochet, or braids that we applied as an add-on service. Please book accordingly.
