COMPLETE is where your healthy hair journey begins—or begins again. Designed for new guests and returning guests who have been away for 90+ days, this experience allows us to assess the current condition of your hair and scalp, understand your concerns and goals, and create a personalized plan for moving forward. Once your reservation is accepted, you’ll receive a Hair + Scalp Assessment Questionnaire. During your appointment, we’ll review your responses, discuss your hair history, lifestyle, concerns, and goals, and determine what your hair needs today. Your COMPLETE experience includes a personalized consultation and assessment, moisture-balancing cleanse and conditioning, our relaxing Head Spa + Scalp Ritual with massage and aromatherapy, continuous Hydra Steam hydration, and our signature Head Spa Fountain experience. A blackout or steam eye mask enhances your moment of relaxation while we care for your hair and scalp from root to tip. Your experience is completed with the Natural Hair Finish of your choice, including a Luxe Silk Press, Flat Twist to Scalp, Individual Two-Strand Twist, or another select style, plus a complimentary trim when needed. Most importantly, COMPLETE establishes your healthy hair care plan. From here, we’ll recommend the appropriate next level of care based on your hair’s health, goals and maintenance needs.

Enjoy this luxury experience, includes: a relaxing scalp ritual with massage & aromatherapy, continuous hydra steam hydration treatment, moisture-balancing cleansing & conditioning, & a head spa fountain that deeply hydrates and revitalizes your hair for a healthy shine. This service includes black-out or steam eye mask to optimize your experience and is completed with a natural hair finish. Please choose from our Luxe Silk Press, Flat Twist to Scalp, Individual Two-Strand Twist, and more, and receive a complimentary trim if needed. All of which deliver softness and restore moisture to dry, thirsty strands & scalp— all in one appointment. Experience a sanctuary of care designed for the modern woman who values both health and elegance. This service is available to be booked for each visit or as you move through the Continuum of Care Cycle

**Because you are an Existing Guest who visits the salon more than once a month and has cycled through SIGNATURE Restore + Maintain, this service could be for you. It helps you maintain healthy hair between deeper-care appointments. With this service, you will enjoy our continuous hydra steam hydration treatment, moisture-balancing cleansing & conditioning, and a natural hair finish. Please confirm with your stylist if this service is for you. Once confirmed, choose from our Luxe Silk Press, Flat Twist to Scalp, Individual Two-Strand Twist, and more. This service is available to be booked online, but only with approval.
