Position Descriptions & Availability:

Lead Natural Stylist: Must have at least 3 years of natural hair care experience. Be versed in doing silk press, two-strand twists, crochet braids, and cutting natural hair. We are looking for a team member who is teachable, creative, flexible, Independent, transparent, and accountable.

 

Natural Stylist Assistant: Has 0 - 3 years of natural hair care experience. You need to have some experience in doing silk press, two-strand twists, crochet braids, and cutting natural hair. We are looking for a team member who is teachable, creative, flexible, Independent, transparent, and accountable.

 

Front Desk Coordinator: You must manage our front desk operations and perform various administrative and clerical tasks. As a guest experience coordinator, you are the first point of contact for each guest.
The duties include administrative support across the organization. To be successful, you must have a pleasant
personality rooted in customer service. You should be able to deal with emergencies promptly and effectively while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this
position. This role may require working weekend shifts, so flexibility is a plus.
